Job Responsibilities
Mobilization and Demobilization:
Set up and tear down boom trucks, truck cranes, and all‑terrain cranes (55T–350T) at various job sites, ensuring safe and efficient transitions between projects.
Crane Operation:
Operate cranes in accordance with NCCCO standards, manufacturer guidelines, and company safety protocols. Lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment as directed by supervisors or project managers.
Daily Inspections and Maintenance:
Perform thorough pre‑operation inspections to ensure crane functionality and safety. Promptly report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team for resolution.
Safety and Compliance:
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times. Maintain a strong safety mindset and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
Communication and Coordination:
Work closely with riggers and ground crews using hand signals, radios, or other communication tools to ensure safe and accurate lifts. Collaborate with team members to execute lifts smoothly and efficiently.
Project Execution:
Meet project timelines while maintaining high standards of workmanship. Pay close attention to detail and contribute to the overall success of each job.
Job Schedule and Location
Full-time, Monday–Friday with occasional travel, weekends, and overtime

Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card is required*
NCCCO certification or equivalent crane operator certification is required
OSHA 10 or 30 is preferred
Proven experience operating mobile cranes in construction or related industries
Strong understanding of rigging, load charts, and crane safety protocols
Ability to read lift plans
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
