Job Summary UK Healthcare is seeking a Service Line Manager to supervise and lead perioperative operations and assume responsibility for overall assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and quality management of patient care throughout the service. The role includes carrying out the Hospital and Nursing Service mission, vision, values, strategic planning, clinical management, patient care, financial management, and quality management of perioperative services.

Responsibilities The Service Line Manager will:

Promote hospital standards and create a patient‑focused caring environment while addressing patient needs.

Foster collaboration and respect with physicians and all operating‑room staff.

Report directly to the Assistant Director, Perioperative Services.

Oversee the operational performance of the perioperative service line, including scheduling, workflow, and staff performance.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

BSN.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of related perioperative experience.

Licensure:

Licensed RN and Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) at the time of hire or within one year.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50–100 pounds daily; stand, walk, and sit for extended periods; occasional (

3 PM to 11:30 PM (evenings); 40 hours/week; may require weekends, holidays, and on‑call duties.

Salary:

$30.00–$53.67 per hour (Grade 12).
