Job Overview
We are hiring for a Greensand Molder Melter foundry production position. Top pay is offered, and we are willing to waive the 2‑year minimum experience requirement. Mechanical inclination is required.

Ability to work in our foundry manufacturing facility.
No minimum 2‑year experience requirement.
Operator Requirements
Operate production equipment (BMM, Squeezer, Roto Lift).
Produce quality greensand molds.
Metal pourer responsibilities – hand‑pour molten aluminum into sand molds.
Use a computer for training & work instructions.
Follow all processes and procedures for the Greensand Molder Melter foundry production job.
Schedule
Permanent 2nd shift: 2 pm – 10 pm Monday–Friday.
Training on 1st shift: 6 am – 2 pm.
Shift differential: $1.00.
