Salary Range:
$48,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Install, set up, and commission new production machinery and equipment.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before they cause downtime.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including LOTO procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
Recommended Qualifications
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
Working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic for industrial automation.
Strong commitment to safety protocols and best practices in an industrial environment.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with PLC troubleshooting and minor programming.
Welding and fabrication skills (MIG, TIG, Stick).
Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Certification for operating forklifts or aerial lift equipment.
Experience with robotics or automated systems maintenance.
