Execute corrective repairs, component replacements, and system adjustments to restore functionality. Program, teach, and optimize robot paths and operational parameters for manufacturing processes. Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications. Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve robot performance and reliability. Recommended Qualifications Associate's degree in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial robotic systems (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB). Strong understanding and practical experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs). Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic components of automated manufacturing equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams. Knowledge of industrial safety protocols and Lockout/Tagout procedures specific to automated environments. Bonus Qualifications Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence). Proficiency in general programming languages (e.g., Python, C++) for scripting or data analysis. Familiarity with PLC programming and HMI development. Experience with CAD software for reviewing layouts or minor fixture design.
