Salary Range: $50,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery.
Diagnose and repair mechanical breakdowns and equipment malfunctions.
Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues to identify root causes.
Install, commission, and relocate manufacturing equipment.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure machinery operates efficiently and safely.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures.
Recommended Qualifications
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Proven experience in implementing and performing preventive maintenance (PM) programs.
Ability to accurately read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Strong troubleshooting skills for manufacturing equipment and production lines.
Solid understanding and adherence to industrial safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with PLC troubleshooting and basic programming.
Proficient in welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) and basic fabrication.
Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
Certification or advanced training in hydraulics and pneumatics.
Experience maintaining industrial robots or automated systems.
