Job Overview

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example, follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew. In addition, you will handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, brand image, customer service, attendance, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability. Qualifications

18 years of age or older Operate all equipment Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders Take inventory and complete associated paperwork Clean equipment and facility approximately daily Demonstrate communication skills—both verbal and written—to process orders over the phone and in person Perform basic math accurately and quickly (calculator may be used) Make correct monetary change Use a computer or touch‑screen to enter orders Physical Requirements

Standing: most tasks are performed from a standing position; walking for short distances Lifting: bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds, unloaded with a hand truck; raises shelves up to 72 high Carrying: large cans (≈3–7 lb), pizza sauce cases (~30 lb), and trays of dough (~12 lb each) Pushing/Pulling: trays on dollies may require up to 7.5 lb of force Climbing: occasional stair or ladder use for maintenance or price updates Stooping/Bending: forward bending necessary at assembly stations and front counter for ~30–45 s per interaction, repeated throughout the day Crouching/Squatting: occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas Reaching: up to 72 in. and down to ground for tasks like scooping cornmeal or washing dishes Hand Tasks: continuous use of hands, forearms, and wrists for dough shaping, pizza cutting, and box assembly Additional Information

Drivers will deliver product by vehicle, deliver flyers, and must possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle. Navigational skills are required to locate addresses within a designated delivery area and to navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings and private homes.
