The IT Analyst – HR Systems partners with the HRIS and Payroll department to provide functional and technical guidance on the Kronos Workforce Dimensions platform. The role supports the Kronos platform for HR and Payroll, configures custom reporting, and implements integrations and system enhancements. Essential Job Functions

Act as a leader between HR and IT by supporting Kronos Workforce Dimensions HR & Payroll/Timekeeping. Understand data relationships and use extraction/reporting tools. Define business requirements, test, deliver, and support ongoing system enhancements. Accountable for creating and supporting integrations to/from Kronos HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping. Provide analysis and project oversight for future integrations and system implementations. Assess upcoming releases for bug fixes and new functionality; assist in testing, deployment, and stabilization. Articulate solutions and alternatives that best solve existing business problems. Develop requirements and design/configuration specifications for external vendors. Configure Kronos to adhere to HR/Payroll changes and develop robust test plans. Provide technical support for bi‑weekly payroll process, including troubleshooting or ticket creation. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or related field. 1+ year of experience in an HR system administrator/IT support role. 1+ year of hands‑on requirements and design development in complex environments. Experience with UKG/Kronos Workforce Ready or Dimensions software preferred. Specific functional expertise in HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping preferred. Expertise in other corporate applications areas, such as Accounting and Finance, highly desired. Experience working with matrixed teams and vendor partners. Proficiency in planning, managing, and executing projects within scope and deadlines. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Benefits
