Customer Service Representative

About the Position Domino’s Pizza is looking for personable, motivated customer service representatives to join our fast‑paced team. Whether you’re balancing school, friends, or another job, we offer flexible scheduling that works around your life. You’ll help customers order and deliver pizza, answer phone calls, and maintain a clean and efficient store environment. This role can serve as a stepping‑stone to future management or franchise ownership opportunities.
Responsibilities
Operate all store equipment
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler
Prepare product and assemble orders
Receive and process telephone orders
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
Communicate clearly with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person
Enter orders accurately using computer keyboard or touch screen
Qualifications
Minimum age 16 years old
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
Must be able to give correct monetary change
Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for fast, accurate movements
Ability to enter orders using a computer or touch screen
Must be able to acquire military base access
Physical Requirements
Standing on foot for extended periods; walking short distances
Prolonged sitting for paperwork at a desk
Lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying large cans, or moving trays of pizza dough (up to 12 pounds)
Pushing or pulling dollies and trays, sometimes requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force
Climbing stairs or ladder for maintenance tasks
Forward bending, stooping, and squatting to perform pizza assembly and cleaning duties
Reaching above 72 inches to control ovens, change signs, or access storage shelves
Frequent hand use for dough shaping, using pizza cutters, and box assembly
Use of tools such as a pizza peel, rolling cutter, and calculator
Work Conditions
Varied temperature environments, from 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in warm areas
Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and fumes from cooking equipment
Adverse weather during outdoor tasks such as trash removal
Potential for hot surfaces up to 500°F and moving mechanical parts
Visual, hearing, and tactile demands during all in‑store tasks
