What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Assist with the day-to-day coordination of national events, managing timelines, deadlines, and deliverables
Help coordinate event details including venue arrangements, travel bookings, registration processes, and event materials
Support the maintenance of relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners through communications and contract tracking
Assist with tracking event budgets and expenses, ensuring accurate reconciliation and reporting
Work collaboratively with regional event coordinators and department teams to support event planning efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years of experience in event coordination, project support, or related roles
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Professional demeanor and strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in Cvent and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience managing vendor communications and sponsorship activations
Familiarity with event planning tools and resource management
Previous experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
Skills in budget management and expense tracking
Willingness to travel for on-site event execution and industry conferences
