Expert Piercing Services: Become a trusted piercing specialist through our training program and provide a safe, professional experience that keeps customers coming back.
Operational Excellence: Maintain inventory accuracy, handle transactions efficiently, and keep the store well‑merchandised and visually appealing to drive foot traffic.
Team Support & Sales Coaching: Work alongside your Store Manager to train and motivate team members in achieving sales goals and delivering top‑notch customer service.
Trend‑Driven Brand Representation: Showcase Claire’s products and services with enthusiasm, stay up to date with the latest fashion trends, and translate that knowledge into compelling product recommendations and styling tips for customers.
About You
Sales‑Driven Mindset: Thrive on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Customer‑Centric Approach: Passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
Retail & Leadership Experience: At least one year of retail management experience preferred, with a proven ability to drive sales and support team success.
Confidence in Piercing Services: Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist and provide expert guidance to customers.
Strong Communication & Selling Skills: Engage customers, build relationships, and close the sale.
Ability to Work Independently: Self‑motivated, organized, and can take charge when needed.
Job Requirements
Conduct piercings safely with patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.
Operate a POS system efficiently to facilitate transactions and manage sales.
Hold a high‑school diploma or equivalent and have at least one year of overall retail experience.
Physically able to stand during scheduled shifts and lift 11–35 kg (25–75 lbs). Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools while stocking or assisting customers.
Passionate about providing customers with opportunities to express themselves freely every day, delivering excellent service throughout their visit.

Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers, employees, and management.
