Zirtual is a work‑life balanced company that offers clients experienced, educated remote executive assistants for personal and professional needs. The VA is the main point of contact with clients and works independently, supported by an Account Supervisor.
Responsibilities
Project management and organization:
Facilitate on‑time project and goal completion.
Calendar management:
Schedule and coordinate appointments; proactively monitor calendars for conflicts.
Research:
Research events, travel, projects, etc., and provide results within established time frames.
Purchases:
Ensure purchase specifications meet client satisfaction; expense reporting and organizational tasks.
Email inbox management:
Respond to and organize emails per client guidelines.
Social media management and marketing:
Manage social media as requested.
Meetings:
Attend virtually, draft agendas, take minutes, provide follow‑up, track billable hours, share weekly usage reports, and handle staffing during absences.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Clear, precise, proactive, professional written and verbal communication.
Organize and prioritize tasks.
Multi‑task with various programs; quickly learn new ones.
Commit to a minimum of one year.
Meticulous attention to detail; handle complex tasks.
Handle stress in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills; develop working relationships.
Affable, enthusiastic teamwork attitude.
Internet/Web and computer savvy.
Qualifications
Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or 5+ years as an Executive Assistant to C‑level executives.
Minimum 4 years administrative experience.
Preferred: Experience with C‑level executives, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Trello/Asana, Slack, SalesForce/HubSpot/Zoho, QuickBooks/Expensify, Concur, Hootsuite/WordPress, AI tools.
Reliable internet, computer, phone; typing ≥50 WPM.
Available business hours PST/EST Monday‑Friday, unless otherwise agreed.
Benefits & Compensation
1099 independent contractor; paid per client’s monthly plans ($1,500–$3,800). After 6 months, revenue split can increase based on plan utilization and client retention.
