Position Summary The Department of Neurology at

University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill , School of Medicine seeks qualified individuals with strong clinical, teaching, and research skills for a full‑time Neurologist to join the Epilepsy division. Our division is committed to clinical excellence, education, and research and is continuing to grow. Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive clinical care to patients with epilepsy • Conduct advanced EEG monitoring and surgical evaluation of epilepsy patients • Engage in teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows in the Neurology and Epilepsy programs • Pursue research projects related to epilepsy, neurophysiology, or related modalities • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advance patient care, education, and research objectives within the UNC Health System

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements

M.D., D.O. or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Neurology

Fellowship training in clinical epilepsy, EEG monitoring, and surgical evaluation of epilepsy patients

Additional training in evoked potentials and intraoperative monitoring (preferred)

Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence, education, and research
