Position Summary
The Department of Neurology at the University of North Carolina, School of Medicine seeks qualified individuals with strong clinical, teaching, and research skills for a full‑time Neurologist to join the Epilepsy division. The division is committed to clinical excellence, education, and research and is continuing to grow. Opportunities for faculty career development include support for academics and research.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
M.D., D.O., or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
BC / BE in Neurology and/or Epilepsy and/or Clinical Neurophysiology and fellowship training in clinical epilepsy, EEG monitoring, and surgical evaluation of patients with epilepsy.
Additional training in evoked potentials and intraoperative monitoring.
Rank dependent upon qualifications / experience.
