The role of Facilities Maintenance Technician II will perform moderate to complex technical tasks related to the analysis of construction materials and provide repair services in order to maintain asset value and provide a safe and clean working/living environment.

Minimum Education & Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
Maintenance skills/trade work (preferred)
Candidates with less than 2 years of experience may qualify with completion of vocational or technical training programs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or building trades.
Two (2) years of experience
Valid Texas Driver’s License
