Project Manager Responsibilities
As the Project Manager supports a portfolio of regional maternal health initiatives and development team projects by managing complex workflows, fostering cross-sector collaboration, and ensuring strong operational execution. This role works with internal leaders, health systems, community partners, and data teams to advance interoperable, data-driven healthcare solutions. Additionally, the position provides high-level executive support to the Senior Director, ensuring strategic alignment, effective communication, and smooth organizational operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, relationship-focused, and thrives in a dynamic public health environment. Qualifications
Education (Defined) : Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Healthcare Management, Social Work, Public Administration, or a closely related field. Experience (Defined) : 2 years in Project Management, Public Health, or Healthcare Administration. Preferences : Marketing, Clinical and Business experience.
