Customer Service Representative
About The Position

Responsibilities
Operate all store equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler, and work area.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Complete orientation and on‑the‑job training.
Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers, and provide written instructions.
Accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide, and make correct monetary change.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Maintain motor coordination between eyes and hands to produce precise, rapid movements.
Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
Qualifications
Must be 16 years of age or older.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Strong verbal, writing, and telephone skills.
Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, carry objects up to 30 pounds, push or pull trays, and perform short walks on irregular surfaces.
Capability to stoop, bend, and reach up to 72" during the day.
Work Conditions Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. Store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in work areas. Fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, and exposure to hot surfaces (up to 500°F) are common. Work may involve sharp edges and moving mechanical parts, and require frequent hand coordination.
Physical Demands Standing, walking, occasional sitting at a desk, lifting, carrying, pushing, and occasional climbing. Routine forward bending, stooping, and squatting are required for assembly and stocking tasks. Reaching overhead and under control panels is frequent. Hand tasks require constant eye‑hand coordination and forceful use of forearms and wrists. Use of tools such as pizza peel, cutter, and pasta rolling cutter is part of daily duties.
