Job Summary Manage, advise, and fulfill the academic needs of the College’s graduate students across a diversity of academic programs and within two departments. Provide ongoing support for several hundred graduate students each semester. Provide direct administrative support to two of the College’s Directors of Graduate Studies. Contribute to the college’s Academic Team to provide excellent administrative service to students, faculty, staff, and academic leaders. Oversee and manage the admissions processes for two departments. Contribute to graduate student success from the time of program application through the awarding of degrees. Foster an atmosphere that promotes professionalism, responsiveness, and flexibility and is conducive to student success and satisfaction.

Highly organized, able to prioritize, and a self‑starter
