Manage, advise, and fulfill the academic needs of the College’s graduate students across multiple programs and departments. Provide ongoing support to several hundred graduate students each semester and direct administrative support to two Directors of Graduate Studies. Contribute to the college’s Academic Team, oversee admissions processes for two departments, and support graduate student success from application through degree award. Foster professionalism, responsiveness, and flexibility to promote student satisfaction. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
MS Office, excellent communication, customer service, and multi‑tasking skills; highly organized, able to prioritize, and a self‑starter. Preferred Education / Experience
