The Student Success Program Coordinator VISTA will develop resources and systems to ensure staff are trained and supported as strong community youth workers serving low‑income students.
Member Duties
Develop an in-depth understanding of the mission and services offered by TSF, the overlapping programs of the Programming Department and how they relate to the Dreamline program, the populations served and partner agencies in relationship with TSF.
Improve and build an efficient system to recruit high‑quality Dreamline Coaches, interns, and volunteers.
Enhance and refine Dreamline program youth mentor and staff recruitment and onboarding systems to improve training quality, internal communications workflows and support long‑term employee success.
Develop and refine training resources to support Dreamline mentor success and improve program quality and staff morale.
Document program delivery recommendations and update sustainability materials for Programming Leadership.
