Summary I'm looking for an awesome infant teacher to join our daycare team! If you have a passion for nurturing and guiding little one during their early stages, we'd love to have you on board. Come be a part of creating a safe, loving, and stimulation environment for out precious infants.
Duties As an infant teacher in a daycare, your duties would include providing a nurturing and safe environment for the babies, attending to their basic needs, such as feeding, diapering, and naptime, engaging them in age-appropriate activities to support their development, and maintaining open communication with parents. Your love and care will play a vital role in their early years!
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Relevant experience working with infants or young children
CPR and First Aid certification
Background check
Completion of early childhood education courses
A nurturing and patient personality
Excellent communication skills
Nice To Haves Having a passion for working with infants and a genuine love for their well-being is essential as an infant teacher. It would also be nice to have strong observation skills to understand each child's unique needs and development, creativity to plan engaging activities, and patience to handle challenging situations. Building strong relationships with both the infants and their parents is also important.
