to support the nursing team at Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation in Blue Springs, MO.

Key Responsibilities:
Create, maintain, and manage daily and weekly staff schedules
Ensure adequate staffing levels in compliance with facility and state requirements
Coordinate with nursing leadership to fill open shifts
Communicate schedule changes clearly and professionally
Track attendance, call-offs, and time-off requests
Assist with staffing reports and agency usage as needed
Qualifications:
Previous staffing, scheduling, or healthcare coordination experience preferred
Experience in long-term care or healthcare strongly preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Proficiency with scheduling systems and basic computer programs
Seniority level Entry level
