Opportunity You will lead ServiceNow transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. This client-facing role offers opportunities to drive client relationships, showcase leadership, and grow consulting, technical and team leadership skills.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
Accountable for program/project management, ensuring all objectives are met.
Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, manage engagement economics effectively.
Lead, mentor and develop multi-disciplinary teams of 10+ resources, including offshore consultants, developers and testers.
Provide assurance to leadership on timelines, costs, and quality.
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations for financial services clients across applications and product suites.
Support sales activities alongside EY pursuit teams: develop proposals, engagement estimates, and participate in sales presentations.
Lead and develop transformation strategies, roadmap, solution architectures, and business cases.
Act as engagement or workstream lead across design, configuration/development, testing, deployment phases of ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB projects.
Build and foster client relationships to demonstrate the value of EY services.
Provide guidance and industry leading practice expertise for ServiceNow service management implementations across business functions.
Contribute insights to strategic roadmaps and lead client process design sessions and workshops with functional and business process subject matter experts.
Manage 2-3 engagements with high-level oversight and risk/issue management.
Drive creation of sector-focused offerings aligned with ServiceNow industry workflows.
Create high-quality deliverables and project artifacts.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Service Mapping
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required (4-year); Master’s degree preferred.
5–7 years of relevant ServiceNow implementation experience.
Proven architectural leadership in ServiceNow with deep sector experience in financial services (Banking & Capital Markets, Insurance, or Wealth & Asset Management).
5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
Ideal Additions
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM, HAM, or SAM.
Experience in ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
Experience in performance analytics and reporting (certifications are a plus).
Experience in Employee Center, Legal Service Delivery, and Workplace Service Delivery (certifications are a plus).
