Opportunity As a ServiceNow Consulting Senior Manager, you will lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. This client‑facing role offers opportunities to motivate and develop teams, establish and maintain client relationships, grow consulting, technical and team leadership skills, and build relationships that define your career. You’ll drive leading‑practice implementations and create strategic roadmaps that deliver measurable outcomes for our customers, building and managing the delivery of technology transformation projects and programs that align with EY’s strategy while ensuring timelines, costs, and quality.

Your Key Responsibilities

Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.

Accountable for program/project management, ensuring objectives are met.

Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements and manage engagement economics effectively.

Skills And Attributes for Success

Lead end‑to‑end ServiceNow implementations for financial services clients across ServiceNow applications and product suites, ensuring projects delivered on time and within budget.

Drive and support sales activities alongside EY pursuit teams, developing proposals, estimates, and participating in sales presentations.

Lead and develop strategies for ServiceNow‑enabled transformations, creating business cases, transformation roadmaps, detailed plans and solution architectures.

Act as an engagement or workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project and solution delivery.

Manage 2‑3 engagements and mentor multi‑disciplinary teams of 10+ resources, including offshore resources.

Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate the value of EY services.

Excellent business acumen with fact‑based decision making and conflict resolution.

Provide guidance and leading‑practice expertise for ServiceNow service management implementations across business functions.

Analyze a company’s service‑management capabilities, provide recommendations, and contribute insights to strategic roadmaps.

Lead client process design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.

Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets and risk/issue logs.

Drive creation of sector‑focused offerings aligned with ServiceNow industry workflows.

Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

5‑7 years relevant ServiceNow implementation experience.

Architectural leadership in ServiceNow with deep sector experience in financial services.

ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Minimum of 3 of the following ServiceNow certifications:

Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response

Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management

Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery

Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM

Certified Implementation Specialist – Service Mapping

5+ years Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, organization.

Experience leading and supervising teams.

Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Ability to travel up to 60%.

Preferred Additional Experience

ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).

Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM, HAM, or SAM.

Experience with ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).

Performance analytics and reporting experience; certifications a plus.

Experience with Employee Center, Legal Service Delivery, Workplace Service Delivery; certifications a plus.
