Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling components using various tools and machinery, ensuring high‑quality standards are met while adhering to safety protocols. This role requires expertise in CNC press brake operation, laser cutting, and programming to produce precision parts for our projects.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC press brake and laser cutting machines.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine fabrication specifications.
Program CNC machines for optimal performance and precision.
Fabricate metal components according to project requirements and specifications.
Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Maintain machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operational performance.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to improve fabrication processes.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Fabricator or in a similar manufacturing role.
Proficient in CNC press brake operation and laser cutting processes.
Strong understanding of fabrication techniques and metal properties.
Experience with Bystronic systems is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
