Base pay range

Responsibilities: Support the Controller and Accounting Manager with key accounting deliverables Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis Analyze financial data and present insights to internal stakeholders Prepare, maintain, and improve financial and operational reports Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts in compliance with GAAP Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements Support all month-end and year-end close processes Assist with audits and ensure financial documentation is complete and accurate Contribute to internal control development and process improvements Maintain the integrity of financial records and ensure regulatory compliance Qualifications: 3+ years of accounting experience Degree in finance or accounting Financial services industry experience is preferred Seniority level
