Salary Range $80,000-$92,000K
Position Overview The
Staff Accountant
will ensure the integrity of accounting information by researching account issues for compliance and developing and following quality control functions over financial transactions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
Manages month‑end close activities, including preparation and review of journal entries, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and various reporting functions
Revenue recognition review & make necessary adjustments for close
Research / investigate accounts, maintains and reconciles balance sheet accounts, and conduct variance analysis
Preparation of financial statements
Participates in development and review of annual operating budgets
Assists in quarterly, interim and year‑end external/internal audits
Assists in ad hoc requests as needed
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within Manufacturing and 5 years in total accounting experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements
Strong technical accounting knowledge
Strong SAP experience required in Finance and Accounting modules within a manufacturing environment, including FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and MM (Materials Management)
Strong Microsoft Excel experience / advanced formula knowledge
PowerBI (Microsoft Data Visualization) or similar experience strongly preferred
Highly detail‑oriented and organized
Ability to multi‑task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
