Volt is immediately hiring a

Fund Accountant

in

Lake Mary FL .

As a Fund Accountant, you will be:

Responsible for delivering efficient, Sarbanes‑Oxley and regulatory‑compliant finance processes in accordance with local and consolidated GAAP. The role ensures accurate and timely financial information from transaction initiation through financial close and external reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually).

This position may support specific lines of business, regions, or accounting processes within the Record to Report (R2R) framework for Client.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and post journal entries to general ledger accounts.

Reconcile general ledger activity and ensure trial balance accuracy.

Perform account and financial data reconciliations.

Execute basic accruals, adjustments, and other accounting tasks.

Support performance metric tracking at functional, team, and individual levels.

Participate in rotational assignments across business lines and geographies.

Collaborate with Trades, Reconciliation, Valuation, Client Onboarding, and Tech Support teams.

Standardize client reporting and validate static data mapping.

Review client instructions and improve quality with third‑party coordination.

Determine Net Asset Value (NAV) for assigned funds during each cycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent experience.

3–6 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.

Experience with accounting platforms (e.g., PeopleSoft preferred).

This is a Contract opportunity.

This position is hybrid 4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote
