US Experienced Financial Advisor
Edward Jones is seeking a US Experienced Financial Advisor to develop and grow their own practice as part of our unique branch‑team business model. As a financial advisor, you will work closely with a branch office administrator and a regionally‑based support network to build client relationships and achieve long‑term financial goals.
Base Pay Range $50,000.00/yr – $125,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (e.g., residential, business, networking, introductions & referrals, social media & speaking engagements).
Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies.
Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness and achieve desired business results.
Create a highly engaging environment in the branch characterized by mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, and maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.
Utilize a firm‑provided branch office in the community and client support resources.
Work independently within a support network that extends from the client support team office to your region and the home office.
