Facilitate the Rewards Committee, preparing materials and scheduling review sessions
Conduct annual pay gap analysis and recommend actions based on findings
Develop and implement Total Reward Statements to highlight employer contributions
Collaborate with the People Team to ensure alignment on compensation philosophy and approach
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in compensation programs
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
Experience working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Familiarity with compensation planning and benchmarking tools, such as Workday and/or Pave
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience enhancing compensation processes through technology
Proven track record of supporting compensation discussions with management
Knowledge of market trends related to compensation practices
Familiarity with preparing educational materials on compensation for managers
