Salary Base pay range: $95,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Multifamily Capital Project Manager
to oversee capital improvement projects at our Los Angeles properties. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our value‑add strategy, managing renovations that transform communities while providing regional oversight to our maintenance teams.
Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day execution of unit renovations, common area improvements, and building system upgrades
Develop and maintain project schedules, track budgets, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, property management, and residents to minimize disruption
Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
Provide regional oversight to maintenance teams, ensuring alignment between maintenance operations and capital projects
Support training and development of maintenance personnel on construction practices and safety
Ensure compliance with California building codes, permits, and ADA requirements
Qualifications Required
3-5 years of construction project management experience, preferably in multifamily residential renovation
Experience managing unit renovation programs and common area improvements
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems
Familiarity with California building codes, Title 24, and permitting processes
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (Yardi, HappyCo.)
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
OSHA 30‑Hour Construction Safety certification
PMP or Associate Constructor (AC) certification
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
