We are hiring an experienced Tax Preparer to join our growing team full‑time, year‑round. We are a Nebraska‑based accounting and advisory firm serving individuals and small businesses.

Position Overview
Prepare individual and small business tax returns year‑round.
Work with S‑Corps, partnerships, and sole proprietors.
Review and analyze client tax data for accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with our internal bookkeeping and advisory teams.
Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
Support tax planning and projections outside of filing season.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience.
Experience with small business returns required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
Comfortable working in a team‑based public accounting environment.
Preferred (but not required)
Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA credential.
Experience with advisory or planning work beyond compliance.
