What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead large‑scale, cross‑functional programs focused on compliance in crypto and technical domains
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to set business objectives and execute technical implementations
Manage roadmap delivery, ensuring adoption and success criteria are met
Analyze incident trends to identify compliance gaps and recommend preventative measures
Support the compliance incident management process, ensuring issues are documented and resolved
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 6 years of experience as a technical program manager in consumer products, engineering, or business operations
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for diagnosing complex compliance issues
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to balance product priorities with operational requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, computer science, engineering, economics, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a top‑tier consulting firm or FinTech
MBA or advanced certifications in program or project management
Familiarity with financial product compliance regulations (KYC, BSA, OFAC, AML)
Advanced understanding of product development and control architecture
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Looker, and SQL
