US Experienced Financial Advisor Edward Jones is looking for a US Experienced Financial Advisor.

Base Pay Range $50,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Job Overview As a financial advisor with Edward Jones, you'll develop and grow your own practice, supported by branch associates, a home‑office team and other regional financial advisors. You will benefit from over 100 years of history, a unique branch‑team business model, and comprehensive resources to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (e.g., residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media and speaking engagements).

Deeply understand clients’ and prospective clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies to help clients achieve their goals.

Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.

Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness and achieve desired business results.

Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.

Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, and maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.

Work independently with a supportive network from your client support team office to the region and home office.

Candidate Qualifications

Series 7 and Series 66 required.

Experience in financial services working with clients and a track record of success.

State insurance licenses preferred.

Preferred additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
