Edward Jones invites candidates for its US Experienced Financial Advisor role. As a financial advisor, you will develop and grow your own practice, supported by branch associates, a home‑office team, and other regional advisors. Base Pay Range $50,000.00/yr – $125,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (e.g., residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media and speaking engagements).
Deeply understand clients’ and prospective clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies.
Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness and achieve desired business results.
Create a highly engaging environment in the branch built on mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, and maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.
Enjoy a firm‑provided branch office in the community and a client support team to lighten the load.
Work independently while supported by a network that extends from your client support team to the region and home office.

Additional professional designations preferred (CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™).
Series 7 and Series 66 required.
Strong communication skills and self‑starter.
