What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Prepare LEDES files for submission to clients via e-billing systems and troubleshoot errors
Review final invoices for accuracy and compliance with clients’ billing guidelines
Monitor invoice validations, approvals, and rejections, and resolve discrepancies
Provide technical support and customer service regarding e-billing processes to attorneys and staff
Collaborate with the collections team to reconcile accounts and track approved timekeepers and rates
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of five years’ experience with legal e-billing
Proficiency with major e-billing systems (e.g., Legal Tracker, CounselLink, etc.)
Intermediate Excel skills, including vLookup and Pivot Tables
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive work style
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with eBilling Hub and Elite 3E
Familiarity with minor e-billing systems
AA or BA degree
