Autism Center of Excellence is hiring
Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism.
No experience required — paid training provided.
This is a
part‑time position
supporting children through individualized ABA therapy programs in a clinic‑based setting. If you enjoy working with kids, want meaningful work, and are interested in healthcare or behavioral health, this role offers hands‑on experience and growth.
Pay:
$22.00–$27.00 per hour (based on experience and certification)
Location:
Colonial Heights / Chester, VA
Schedule:
Part‑time, weekday availability required (afternoons highly preferred) What You’ll Do
Work directly with children to support communication, behavior, and life skills
Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA
Collect simple data and document session progress
Participate in paid training and ongoing supervision
Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Interest in working with children with autism
Ability to be active, patient, and engaged during sessions
Reliable transportation and consistent availability
RBT certification preferred (paid training provided for BTs)
