What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage and motivate a team of collections professionals to achieve performance goals
Conduct regular call reviews and provide feedback and coaching to staff
Monitor and analyze daily, weekly and monthly performance metrics and staffing KPIs
Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain compliance with collection processes
Assist in hiring, training and evaluating collection staff to enhance performance
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 3 years of collections experience, with at least 1 year in a management role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities
Ability to lead effectively within a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in managing call center operations
Proficiency in business‑related computer programs
Exceptional negotiation skills and comfort in presenting to various organizational levels
Adaptability to changing environments and handling high‑volume tasks
