Salary Range:
$63,000 - $96,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Analyze manufacturing costs, including material, labor, and overhead variances.
Develop and maintain standard costs for products and bill of materials.
Manage inventory valuation, including work-in-process and finished goods.
Prepare detailed cost reports, profitability analyses, and margin trends.
Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for production costs.
Reconcile general ledger accounts related to inventory and cost of goods sold.
Identify and recommend cost reduction opportunities and efficiency improvements.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
In-depth knowledge of cost accounting principles, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Bonus Qualifications
Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Experience with advanced functionalities or module configuration within a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
