What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Oversee staff performing Revenue Cycle activities to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience
Establish and enhance adherence to industry best practices and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for revenue cycle management
Manage Team Leads and A/R Managers, including payroll, process management, and capacity planning
Support implementation activities and onboard new clients to revenue cycle management services
Assist with customer experience related to service questions, system access, and process development
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of three years of progressive experience in Sr. Living and Skilled Nursing revenue cycle processes
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
Strong attention to detail and exceptional detail orientation
Knowledge of Sr. Living & Skilled Nursing revenue cycle management
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in complex environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Prior experience working with Medicare rules, regulations, and billing codes
Familiarity with EMR and clearinghouse functionality, particularly MatrixCare and Change HealthCare / Inovalon
