What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Oversee staff performing Revenue Cycle activities to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience
Establish and enhance adherence to industry best practices and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for revenue cycle management
Manage Team Leads and A/R Managers, including payroll, process management, and capacity planning
Support implementation activities and onboarding of new clients to Revenue Cycle Management services
Assist with customer service inquiries related to service questions and system access
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of three years of progressive experience in Sr. Living and Skilled Nursing revenue cycle processes
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Proven knowledge of Sr. Living & Skilled Nursing, particularly in revenue cycle management
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field
Prior experience with Medicare rules, regulations, and billing codes
Familiarity with EMR and Clearinghouse functionality, specifically MatrixCare and Change HealthCare / Inovalon
Ability to thrive in complex and ambiguous environments
