Human Resources Information System Analyst

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing and optimizing the HRIS platform (currently UKG; new system selection likely)
Building critical reports and dashboards for HR and leadership
Fixing, maintaining, and improving system interfaces
Guiding the organization through major HR system changes
Supporting end users and training teams as systems evolve
Collaborating closely with HR leadership during departmental restructuring
What You’ll Need to be Considered
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT Business, or related field.
Experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG, Workday, ADP, or Paycom
Ability to translate HR needs into system solutions
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Comfort training end users and supporting change adoption
Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX, SharePoint, or similar tools
