Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify an HRIS Analyst who will support a major transition between HR technology platforms. The organization is rapidly evolving and requires a detail‑oriented, technically skilled professional who can operate independently and deliver accurate, high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment.
Job Description:
Our client is migrating from Workday to UKG Ready and seeks an HRIS Analyst to assist with data validation, configuration, and system optimization. This role will work closely with HR, payroll, and vendor partners to ensure successful data transfer, maintain system accuracy, and enhance HR process efficiency. Ideal candidates bring strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel knowledge, and the ability to support both day‑to‑day HRIS functions and long‑term systems initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversees data pulls, audits, and clean‑up efforts from Workday to support migration into UKG Ready.
Verifies and reconciles historical employee and recruiting information to ensure completeness prior to transfer.
Collaborates with the UKG Ready vendor on configuration needs, troubleshooting, and workflow improvements.
Creates standard and ad hoc HRIS reports to support HR, payroll, and leadership teams.
Supported payroll accuracy by maintaining clean employee data without performing payroll processing.
Updates and maintained employee records within UKG Ready to uphold system accuracy.
Assisted in enhancing HRIS modules to streamline processes and improve end‑user experience.
Partners with HR stakeholders to understand operational needs and provide system‑driven solutions.
Qualifications:
4–5+ years of HRIS Analyst experience.
Hands‑on configuration experience in HRIS platforms (required).
Proficiency in
Workday
and/or
UKG Ready
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
