We are seeking a talented and motivated mid‑level associate with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our Labor & Employment Practice Group in New York. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to our counseling services and litigation efforts. For the right candidate, this position will offer extensive client interaction, responsibilities, and career growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have the following requirements and qualifications: A deep understanding of employment litigation, including claims for discrimination, retaliation, trade‑secret misappropriation, wage and hour violations, and other employment claims. Experience with the deposition process and preparation. Ability to independently manage projects while effectively collaborating within a team environment. Exceptional time management, verbal and written communication skills, along with superior research and analytical capabilities. Experience managing employment‑related litigation from discovery through trial, including drafting discovery motions, motions to dismiss, and summary judgment. Robust experience counseling clients on a wide range of employment matters, including, but not limited to, employee discipline and termination, policy creation and administration, wage and hour matters, restrictive covenants, employment contracts, internal investigations, and leave of absence issues.
