Job Details Job title: Human Resources Generalist. This role is hosted by Stephen Brainerd.

Responsibilities

Promote and maintain effective manager/employee relations.

Assist with the recruitment process for salary, hourly, and temporary positions.

Conduct new employee orientations and manage the onboarding process.

Monitor employee relation counseling/discipline, exit interviewing, and employment advertising.

Maintain and update employee information in HRIS systems, including ADP, KRONOS, SAP, etc.

Handle employee relations, providing support and advice to both employees and management.

Conduct interviews, providing recommendations for hiring, promotions, and terminations.

Stay updated on employment law, and ensure company policies and practices comply with regulations.

Assist in the management benefit administration practices, ensuring employees understand their benefits and any changes that occur.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or a related field.

4+ years of Human Resources work experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Comprehensive knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and benefit administration practices.

Proficient in the use of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to include ADP, KRONOS, SAP, etc.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret policies, compliance guidelines, financial reports, and other legal documents.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
