We are looking for a detail‑oriented payroll professional with a strong background in ADP Workforce Now. You will process payroll, manage employee records, ensure compliance, and provide support to employees.

Key Responsibilities

Processing payroll: calculate wages, overtime, deductions, and taxes; integrate stakeholder and third‑party data into bi‑weekly payroll.

Employee record management: maintain accurate records in ADP WFN, including pay rate, deduction, and benefit changes.

Compliance: ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and company policies.

Data entry and validation: enter payroll data into ADP WFN and verify accuracy before processing.

Report generation: create and distribute payroll reports, including deductions and other relevant information.

Employee support: respond to employee inquiries about pay, deductions, and other payroll matters.

Issue resolution: identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in payroll data or processes.

System maintenance: assist with setup and maintenance of ADP Workforce Now, including new feature requests and configuration changes.

Audit support: provide documentation and support for internal and external audits.

Required Skills and Experience

Experience processing payroll, preferably with ADP Workforce Now.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.

Analytical skills: ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees and stakeholders.

Organizational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

Experience with ADP Workforce Now; interfacing with Workday is a plus.

Expertise with Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Additional Responsibilities (potential)

Reconciliations: reconcile payroll data with the general ledger and other financial records.

Training: provide training to other employees on payroll processes or the ADP WFN system.
