Payroll Specialist
Pay Rate : $35–$38 per hour
Employment Type : Contract-to-Hire
About the Role LHH is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our client's team in Anaheim. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has a strong background in payroll processing for mid‑sized organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Process payroll for approximately 300 employees accurately and on time.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Handle payroll‑related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain payroll reports and documentation.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) is required.
Minimum 3 years of payroll experience.
Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
