Administrative Support
Seeking an Administrative Support Professional providing comprehensive administrative and office support to company, technical teams, and business operations. This role ensures efficient office functions and employee assistance across sites in Camarillo and Thousand Oaks, California. The primary office location will initially be Camarillo, with occasional travel between sites as needed.
Location Camarillo and Thousand Oaks, California
Position Contract
Payrate $32.00 hour
Regularly utilize Costpoint and SharePoint systems for administrative tasks.
Manage travel authorizations, arrangements, hotel and airline bookings, conference registrations, and expense reporting.
Prepare and submit purchase requisitions as required.
Process IT service requests and shipping documentation.
Coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling, room setup, IT support, and catering arrangements.
Oversee visitor management and badge access requests.
Support proposal approval workflows.
Organize office setup for new hires.
Provide assistance to other administrative staff as needed.
Qualifications and Competencies
Advanced computer proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Well-developed interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records with strong attention to detail
Capacity to make sound judgments and carry out appropriate courses of action in various situations
Ability to work on several tasks independently with minimal supervision
Displays exemplary ethics and business conduct and performs work cognizant of safe work practices
Requirements
U.S. Citizenship
Must be able to travel to both locations: Camarillo and Thousand Oaks, California
Associate’s Degree in Administration or related field or equivalent education and experience
Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience in a progressively responsible office environment role
Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
