Project Coordinator
This role supports the Project Director and Project Manager in managing and executing projects effectively. The Project Coordinator facilitates communication among a team of 25+ members, schedules meetings, tracks assignments, updates project documentation, and prepares reports for executive reviews.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate communication between project stakeholders and team members.
Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes.
Track project assignments, deliverables, and timelines to ensure on-time completion.
Maintain and update project documentation, including progress reports and status updates.
Prepare presentations and reports for executive reviews and stakeholder updates.
Assist in risk identification and issue resolution to keep projects on track.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar).
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
Experience in supporting large teams (25+ members).
Familiarity with executive reporting and documentation standards.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
Education
All engineers must hold a 4‑year engineering degree in their respective discipline.
