Proven experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for production planning and resource allocation.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders within a manufacturing environment.
Strong track record of managing project budgets, schedules, and mitigating risks specific to manufacturing operations.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
Familiarity with CAD software or manufacturing automation systems.
Demonstrated experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
